Hailey Forcella is a founding partner of Blue Mountain Law, PLLC, focusing on healthcare arbitration, policy interpretation, and advising independent dispute resolution entities on regulatory and operational matters. She is also Legal Officer at Blue Mountain Arbitration, LLC, and a certified Federal Surprise Billing Arbitrator who issues impartial decisions under the No Surprises Act.
Hailey was previously a Managing Attorney for the State of Montana, where she led a team of lawyers on complex criminal and civil matters, and she has run her own civil and criminal practice since 2022.
