A Montana firm, working at a national scale.

Where we come from

We founded the firm after years inside the system: running federal and state IDR programs, auditing compliance for Montana’s largest health system, and leading a team of state attorneys. That is the perspective we bring to every engagement. We know how a dispute looks from the arbitrator’s chair, the compliance office and the program manager’s desk, and we write advice for the people who have to act on it.

Two firms, one commitment to excellence.

Blue Mountain Law, PLLC provides legal counsel, advisory services, and training, while Blue Mountain Arbitration, LLC issues determinations under federal and state surprise billing programs. Together, the firms are guided by the same values: professionalism, integrity, careful analysis, and exceptional client service. Whether serving as counsel, consultant, trainer, or neutral, the focus remains the same: delivering high-quality work informed by extensive experience.
